UK Returns Process 

How do I return an item?

  • Enter your order number and email address above and click Start.

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

  • This confirmation email will include a returns shipping label which you can print and attach to your package. 

  • Package the item securely and drop off at one of over 10,000 Collect+ locations across the UK. This is a tracked and insured service, which we manage on your behalf. That's it! It's over to us to take care of the rest.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your order. You have a further 10 days from receipt of your return request approval to return the item to us. The item must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn with tags.

Are there any charges for returns?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Unfortunately, our business is not currently of a scale which can absorb the full shipping costs associated with returns, so a £3.50 deduction will be made from your refund value as a contribution to this cost. Whilst we are sorry we can't cover the full cost, hopefully you can see that we are trying hard to make the returns process as painless as possible. We hope you understand while we're working on this. 

When will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied (minus the £3.50 return shipping fee), via the original method of payment, within 48 hours.

How do I return an item?

  • Write to us at hello@velokind.cc quoting your order number, the item(s) you would like to return and reason. We will write to you to confirm your return request has been approved. 

  • Package the item securely and include a printed copy of your order confirmation email.

  • Mark the parcel clearly as 'RETURNED ITEM' to ensure no customs charges are incurred. Should you not mark the parcel and we are charged UK customs as a result, we reserve the right to pass on the customs charge to you. 

  • Return the parcel to the following address: VELOKIND, 32 Burn Bridge Oval, Burn Bridge, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG3 1LP, England. We recommend you use a tracked and insured service.
